• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• The product must be inside its original, completely unopened packaging.
• The customer must present the original purchase invoice or order number.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
• Products customized or custom-tailored specifically for the customer.
• Products whose outer protective wrapping/seal has been opened, even if the device itself was not used.

• LaBelle Egypt reserves the right to request the device intended for return or exchange to inspect it by our specialists, determining whether the defect is a manufacturing issue or due to misuse.
• Cash refunds may take up to 21 business days. LaBelle reserves the right to deduct transfer fees and shipping costs if the return request is made by the customer without any manufacturing defect or device damage.

• All content published on the website—including text, images, logos, designs, videos, graphics, and software—is the exclusive property of LaBelle Egypt or its licensors, and is protected under intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the website's content without our prior express written consent.

• All coupons, promotional offers, contests, and gifts provided by LaBelle Egypt are subject to their own specific terms, and the Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel them at any time without prior notice.
• All coupons, shopping vouchers, promotional gifts, and contest prizes are valid for one (1) month only from the date of the purchase invoice, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• For coupons or gifts that require physical pickup from the company headquarters, the customer must personally visit LaBelle Egypt's headquarters to receive them, presenting the original invoice or proof of purchase. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
• For coupons or gift cards shipped with orders or delivered via company branches, the customer is entitled to only one (1) coupon or gift card per verified purchase transaction. Any attempt to claim more shall be deemed manipulation or abuse of the promotional offer.
• All physical coupons and gift cards issued by LaBelle Egypt feature a unique code or identification symbol registered electronically in our system. This code must match the company records to benefit from the offer. Any altered, unregistered, or anonymous coupons are invalid.
• LaBelle Egypt reserves the right to reject any coupon or gift in case of suspected manipulation, forgery, alteration, or unlawful use. In such cases, coupons or gifts lose their validity immediately without any liability on the Company.
• Promotional coupons and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost, damaged, or expired coupons or gift cards will not be reissued.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the website or the services provided through it.
